In the next installment of our Sci Fi Flick Series, The Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination presents "GATTACA" (1997), starring Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman, and Jude Law, directed by Andrew Niccol. In this science fiction film a genetically inferior man assumes the identity of a superior one in order to pursue his lifelong dream of space travel. The discussion about the film will focus on genetics.
