2013 CCF Emerging Artist Fellowship

(California Community Foundation Fellowship for Visual Artists)

Since 1988, the California Community Foundation has awarded fellowships to 215 professional artists, for total grants of nearly $2.1 million. Fellowships awards are $15,000 for emerging and $20,000 for mid-career artists.

The CCF Fellowship for Visual Artists is just one of many ways that the California Community Foundation supports the arts by supporting those responsible for its very creation – artists.

The Fellowship brings together artists, arts patrons, and the community, creating a mutually beneficial program that has supported more than 215 artist for 25 years. We invite you to get involved and celebrate an artist today.

The fellowship was created in 1988 with an initial investment from the J. Paul Getty Trust and subsequent gifts from the Brody Arts Fund, the Atlass Fund, the Joan Palevsky Endowment for the Future of Los Angeles, the T.M. and R.W. Brown Fund, the Harry J. Volk Fund and other CCF funds.
