Eduardo Navas specializes in New Media and Contemporary Art; he has presented his research and art in various places throughout the Americas and Europe. Navas has been a juror for Turbulence.org (Boston) in 2004, Rhizome.org (NYC) in 2006-07, and currently is consultant for Creative Capital (NYC). He is founder and was contributing editor of Net Art Review (2003-05), and is co-founder of newmediaFIX (2005 to present). Currently, Navas is Coordinator for the gallery@calit2, and is adjunct faculty of multimedia practice at San Diego State University, while working on his Ph.D. in the Department of Art and Media History, theory and Criticism at the University of California in San Diego.
