Digital Print Lab
The Visual Arts Digital Print Lab is a specialized facility designed to support photography and media majors. It features iMac workstations, 1professional grade inkjet printers and multiple high-resolution scanners.

Access and Safety
Students enrolled in a class using this facility are provided with a quarterly class code to access this space outside of scheduled class time.

Large Format Print Lab
This advanced printing suite is equipped with an Epson SureColor P10000 large format printer, capable of producing high-quality photographic and fine art prints up to 44 inches wide. The suite also includes professional-grade scanners such as the Hasselblad Flextight scanner for ultra-high-resolution image capture and archival reproduction. Additional imaging tools and accessories support precise print preparation and finishing, making this suite ideal for graduate students, faculty, and upper division undergrad students seeking to produce gallery-quality, large-scale works.

Access and Safety
Media students enrolled in an independent study for elaborate photography projects are provided with a personal code to access this space for the duration of their independent course. Graduate students retain access after being trained in this facility.

VAF Darkroom
The darkroom features 20 Beseler 23CIII enlargers, large-format options including Beseler 45MX, Durst 184 (8x10), Elwood 5x7, and a custom Boyden 8x20” mural enlarger. It’s equipped with RC print dryers, a film dryer, 24x30” heat press, and a 16x20” UV exposure box for professional-quality photographic printing and processing.
