Recharge
Recharge is a way to pay for goods/services within campus or for approved vendors. This allows the payment to be made directly using a project number and does not require the use of a campus credit card or personal funds.
To do this:
- Confirm funding is available and the purchase is allowable
- Provide the project number at the time of purchase.
- A project number is a 7 digit number that if you are a faculty member can be found in your monthly account update email under the column that says “Project code and name”. If you are a staff member and do not know the project number please reach out to vis-fiscal@ucsd.edu or your supervisor.
- Submit a Financial Services Request Kuali Form selecting “Goods/Services”
