Meet with Advising
The Department of Visual Arts offers a variety of days, times and options for meeting with an Academic Advisor. Pay special attention to the advising options we have listed below to ensure that you are selecting an appropriate slot for the type of advising meeting you would like to receive. This schedule is subject to change.

In Person Appointment (30 minutes)
Advising appointments are available Tuesday-Thursday. The advising type, in person versus remote, is determined by Advising availability and cannot change based on student preference. Appointments are booked using YouCanBook.Me and can be scheduled 3 hours to 1 week in advance. Appointments should be scheduled for things like: long-term academic planning, major planning, double-major petition forms, Study Abroad forms and those with multiple questions.

Advising appointments are available Tuesday-Thursday. The advising type, in person versus remote, is determined by Advising availability and cannot change based on student preference. Drop-in advising sessions are available Tuesday-Friday. The advising type, in person versus remote, is determined by Advising availability and cannot change based on student preference. Drop-ins should be scheduled for things like: quick questions, EASy request issues, urgent issues.
For In Person Drop-ins, please check-in at Mandeville Center 2nd Floor, room 216 during designated hours.Remote Drop-In (15 minutes)
